Principle:

PZM eccentric vibration mill is one of the vibration based ultrafine grinding equipment. The vibration source is emitted from one side of the grinding cylinder, and the amplitude of the vibration gradually changes from circular to elliptical, forming the driving force for the material and medium to move from one side of the grinding cylinder to the other. The material collides, shears, and grinds during the movement process. The finely ground material is discharged from the discharge port. There are two types of grinding cylinder liners: metal wear-resistant liners and non-metal wear-resistant liners. There are two main types of grinding media: metal and non-metal, with spherical and rod-shaped shapes.
