1、 Equipment Overview:

1. This machine adopts a microcomputer controller with high accuracy and is the most direct testing instrument for detecting the compressive strength of cardboard boxes or other packaging containers. It is used to determine the load-bearing capacity and stackable height of cardboard boxes;

2. Compressive strength test function: used to determine the ultimate compressive strength of the sample, the testing machine automatically records the peak pressure;

3. Stacking strength test function: used to test the compressive durability of the specimen under simulated packaging and storage conditions. The testing machine stops when the specimen is pressurized to the preset pressure at a speed of 12.7mm/min, starts timing and measuring the deformation of the specimen. When the compressive deformation pressure value of the specimen drops below 4% of the preset pressure, the testing machine automatically supplements the pressure to the preset pressure and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached, and the testing machine automatically terminates the test;

4. Retention function: automatically retains the maximum value;

5. Protection functions: leakage protection, overload automatic shutdown, travel limit protection;

6. Printing function: Automatically print data: maximum value, average value, date;
