Broad spectrum induction water processor, also known as spectral induction water processor, electromagnetic suspension purification device, electromagnetic induction water processor, electronic induction water processor, and high-efficiency frequency scanning device. In many occasions, broad-spectrum induction water processors can be used interchangeably with electronic descaling devices, ion rod water processors, and full process integrated water processors. It has the following functions:
Anti scaling:
The tiny grains formed in an oscillating magnetic field have no surface charge and are suspended in water rather than adhering to the pipe wall. Free water molecules surround the scaling ions that have not yet formed microcrystals, hindering the adsorption of scaling ions on the pipe wall.
Scale removal:
Water molecule clusters have low density and large volume; Free water molecules have a high density and small volume, making them easy to penetrate into the interior of scale. After a period of time, the free water molecules that penetrate into the crevices of the scale recover into clusters of water molecules, increasing in volume and causing the scale to expand and loosen.
Antibacterial and algae inhibiting:
The oscillating magnetic field generates turbulent waves in water, which impact the environmental conditions that cells rely on for survival and cause them to lose their ability to survive. With the removal of scale, the growth of bacteria and algae under the scale is avoided.
Rust and corrosion prevention:
The scale is dissolved and dispersed, and the breeding ground for microbial survival is dismantled, avoiding corrosion under microbial scale. Free water molecules surround dissolved oxygen, greatly reducing the corrosion tendency of equipment and easily generating Fe3O4 protective film with corrosion resistance.
Working principle of broad-spectrum induction water processor:
An external current is provided, and this ordinary current is converted into a pulse current through a microcontroller control box. It is then transmitted to a coil wound around the pipeline, which induces an oscillating magnetic field. The magnetic field sweeps through the water flow at a pre designed frequency, causing water molecules in the pipeline to resonate and transforming hydrogen bonded water molecules into individual polar water molecules, improving the activation of water. These extremely small water molecules can penetrate, surround, dissolve, and remove old scale in the system, causing Ca, Mg, and CO3 in the water to collide with each other and form soft aragonite crystals. Due to the lack of charge on the surface of these crystals, they are no longer adsorbed on the pipe wall or equipment, thus achieving the purpose of scale removal and prevention.
Control mode of broad-spectrum induction water processor:
The broad-spectrum induction water processor consists of two parts: the processor host and the signal cable. The host is used to generate a series of specially processed full frequency composite oscillation waves. The signal cable is wrapped around the outer wall of the water body pipeline that needs to be treated. The composite oscillation wave signal passes through the signal cable wrapped around the outer wall of the pipeline and forms a composite magnetic field synchronized with the composite oscillation wave inside the pipeline, so that all water bodies flowing through the pipeline are subjected to the action of the composite magnetic field.

1. Improve production efficiency
The use of electromagnetic descaling technology can improve heat transfer efficiency and contribute to the stability of production processes, especially for chemical enterprises. The stability of production processes means that chemical reactions can be controlled under ideal conditions, which greatly benefits the improvement of reaction speed and yield. According to the experimental values introduced in the "Training Textbook for Energy saving Engineers in Thermal Power Plants", for every 1% decrease in vacuum caused by the structure, the heat consumption rate of the steam turbine increases by 0.86%. For every 1KPa decrease in condenser vacuum, the steam consumption of the steam turbine increases by 1.5% to 2.5%, and the coal consumption increases by 3.485 g/KWh. Taking a 350MW unit as an example, the coal consumption is over 1.2t/h, and the standard coal is calculated at 500 yuan/ton. The concentration factor of traditional descaling methods is controlled at 2-3, while electromagnetic descaling technology has a high tolerance for water hardness and can increase the concentration factor to 4-6. Taking the DN1100 water system of a fertilizer enterprise's main pipeline as an example, the circulating evaporation water volume is 36m3/h. The traditional descaling method requires regular addition of chemical agents to the water tank. Taking a DN800 water system in a coal chemical enterprise as an example: the replenishment amount is 60m3/h, the concentration ratio is 2.5, and the concentration of active ingredients in the water is controlled at 50mg/L. The cost of the agent is 12000 yuan/ton, and the percentage of active ingredients in the chemical product is 50%. The annual operation is calculated based on 8000h, and the dosage is 60m3/h × 8000h × 50mg/L ÷ 50% ÷ 2.5=19.2

4. Reduce equipment wear and tear
The losses caused by corrosion in our country account for about 3% of the national economy, with an annual loss of over 100 million yuan. In the field of industrial circulating cooling, corrosion is exacerbated due to the addition of chemical agents. Electromagnetic descaling technology can avoid structure and slow down corrosion, extending the service life of equipment by more than 30% and reducing equipment losses by billions annually in the industrial sector.
5. Reduce accidents
