PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sliding bearings are self-lubricating bearings made by opening appropriately sized and orderly arranged cavities on the metal friction surface of the bearing substrate, and then embedding a molded solid lubricant with unique self-lubricating properties (the solid lubricant area is generally 25% -35% of the friction area) into the cavities. This bearing combines the advantages of metal matrix and special formulated lubricating materials, breaking through the limitations of general bearings relying on oil film lubrication. CFB05 solid lubricated bearings are particularly suitable for use under special working conditions such as oil-free, high temperature, high load, low speed, anti fouling, anti-corrosion, anti radiation, and when immersed in water or vacuum solution and unable to add lubricating oil film. This product is widely used in metallurgical rolling equipment, filling equipment, water turbines, gas turbines, instruments and meters, as well as mining machinery, marine machinery, textile machinery, shipbuilding industry, aerospace and navigation fields. It is also increasingly used in other industrial and agricultural machinery.

The substrate of sliding bearings should be determined according to the working conditions of the bearing itself. Commonly used materials include high-strength brass, tin bronze, castings, etc. There are two main types of embedded solid lubricating materials, one is natural black lead, artificial graphite, synthesized with MoS2, and the other is synthesized with PTFE as the matrix. According to the working conditions of the bearing itself, the combination of different metal substrates and embedded solid lubricants can ensure that the product can meet the special needs of various temperature, load, motion, and medium working conditions, while ensuring stable and reliable operation.
