usage method:

1. Connect the power cord of the peristaltic 502 digital dispensing machine and turn it on. At this point, the red power indicator light will turn on;

2. Install the PTFE pipe properly (refer to the PTFE pipe installation method);

3. Set forward and reverse rotation: Press the MANU key twice, and use the (up and down) keys to select REV for clockwise rotation or DEA for counterclockwise rotation (according to the dispensing setting). Press SHOT to confirm the setting;

4. Set dispensing function mode: Press the MANU button once and select it through the (up and down) buttons. SER is manual mode, ANG is automatic mode, and automatic mode rotates according to the set angle. Press SHOT to confirm the setting;

5. Speed setting: Press the MANU key three times, use the (up and down) keys to set the motor speed, and press SHOT to confirm the setting;

6. Set the automatic dispensing amount: Press the MAUN key four times, then use the (left, up, and down) keys to set the desired dispensing angle (0000 °~9999 °), and finally press SHOT to save the parameters just now;

7. Set suction: Press the MANU key five times to set the desired suction angle (0000 °~9999 °) by (left, up, and down), and press the SHOT key to confirm;

8. The dispensing operation of the peristaltic 502 digital dispensing machine starts: press the SHOT button, or manually switch or foot switch to complete the operation.

1. High pressure air pressure of ≤ 100PSI should be used for dry cleaning;

2. The filling amount of the glue cylinder should be ≤ 3/4 of the container;
