Product Usage:
The product complies with UV testing standards such as IEC 61215-2005, IEC 61345-1998, and GB/T 19394-2003 for photovoltaic modules, used to evaluate the UV radiation resistance of materials such as polymers and protective layers. Before conducting this experiment, light aging or other pretreatment shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of IEC 61215 or IEC 61646.

2、 Box structure:
1. The interior walls of the laboratory are made of SUS304 stainless steel material, which is not decomposed by ultraviolet light, corrosion-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing. The exterior is treated with A3 steel plate spray coating (color can be chosen by the customer), and a channel steel angle iron frame is used between the inner wall and the outer body. The overall structure is sturdy and durable, and the exterior of the laboratory is aesthetically pleasing.
2. According to the standard regulations, a row of light tubes is designed indoors to meet the needs of simultaneous testing of two sets of sample solar panels. The center spacing of the light tubes is 70mm. As the sample is arranged in the largest size, the distance between the center of the light tubes and the sample is 50mm, which can be adjusted
3. Refer to the provisions of the standard. UVA and UVB ultraviolet lamps are divided into two groups, UVA and UVB ultraviolet lamps are installed alternately and controlled in groups, while meeting the required irradiation dose of 7.5 kWh • m-2320nm -400nm. The cumulative irradiation dose reaches the set value, and the equipment automatically shuts down.
4. Indoor design of a solar panel stand that can accommodate the installation of solar panels of different sizes. The height can be adjusted according to the sample or customer's requirements, and the distance from the lamp tube can be adjusted to meet different sample and irradiance requirements. The surface of the solar panel is installed vertically towards the side of the lamp tube, at an angle of approximately 15 degrees to the vertical, allowing water vapor and rainwater to flow smoothly without staying on the surface of the sample.

3、 Temperature and humidity control
UV cycle
The first-order photochemical reaction is not sensitive to temperature changes. However, the speed of the subsequent secondary reaction is closely related to temperature changes. Generally speaking, as the temperature increases, the reaction rate will accelerate. Therefore, temperature control is crucial during UV exposure testing, and it is even more important to match the test temperature used for accelerated testing with the highest temperature encountered by the material in practical applications. The temperature setting of UV in the device can be any point from 50 ℃ to 90 ℃, depending on the level of illumination and indoor ambient temperature. The temperature regulation of the equipment is controlled by a controller with microcomputer calculation function to command a series of systems inside the equipment, such as air heaters, water heaters, etc.

4、 Moisture cycle
As the temperature increases, the destructive power of moisture on materials will sharply increase. Therefore, temperature control is the most basic requirement during wet exposure. Furthermore, to achieve an acceleration effect, it is necessary to maintain a high temperature environment during the wet exposure process. The temperature setting for the condensation process in the device can be any point from 40 ℃ to 80 ℃.

5、 Heating system
1. Adopting U-shaped titanium alloy high-speed heating electric heating tube;

The temperature of the black aluminum plate is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller for heating, and the output power is calculated by a microcomputer with PID self-tuning. The monitoring adopts standard Pt-100 blackboard temperature sensor;
During the cyclic testing process, there is a testing section called the dark condensation process, which requires the box to generate saturated water vapor at a relatively high temperature. When the water vapor encounters a relatively cold surface of the sample, it will condense on the surface of the sample.

6、 Control system
