To meet the needs of environmental protection, we have developed and produced specialized extrusion production equipment. The equipment is suitable for producing building formwork products that are mixed and coated with PE/PP/PVC waste plastics, mineral powder ash, wood powder fibers, calcium carbonate, and other fillers. The product is a new type of product that replaces steel formwork and bamboo and wooden boards. This type of building formwork has the same drillable, nailed, sawable, engraved, and machinable characteristics as wooden formwork.

The application scope includes: circuit boards and metal surface treatment tanks, circuit board wet treatment equipment, factory exhaust gas emission system equipment, wastewater and other environmental protection system equipment, semiconductor industry related equipment, as well as filling, flame retardant, modification, surface embossing, and sanding. Waste can be recycled and reused.

The equipment can be configured with corresponding single or double screws, and customers can customize it according to their production needs.
