Product Introduction:
Pneumatic O-type cut-off ball valve is suitable for various pipelines ranging from Class 150 to Class 1500, PN16 to PN100, and JIS 10K to JIS 20K. It is used to cut off or connect media in pipelines. Different materials are selected and can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc. This product can be widely used in automation control systems for industrial sectors such as papermaking, petrochemicals, chemical engineering, metallurgy, electricity, environmental protection, petroleum, and light industry. Pneumatic cut-off ball valves have two structural forms: full bore and reduced bore. Ball valves used for conveying viscous and slag prone media pipelines should use full bore valves to facilitate regular wax scraping and blowing. Reducing ball valves are suitable for pipelines used to transport gases or media with physical properties similar to water, as they are about 30% lighter in weight than full bore ball valves, which helps to reduce pipeline load and lower costs. The driving mode of floating ball valve is manual, worm gear transmission, pneumatic, electric or hydraulic.

1. The O-type floating ball valve adopts a full bore or reduced bore design, with low flow resistance. 2. The valve adopts a high platform structure and ISO5211 connection standard, which can make the installation of electric/pneumatic actuators more specialized. 3. The valve stem adopts an internal installation type, with a shaft shoulder and PTFE (or reinforced graphite) thrust pad structure to prevent the valve stem from blowing out due to pressure inside the pipeline. At the same time, PTFE (or reinforced graphite) material reduces the opening and closing torque of the valve, making operation more effortless. 4. Featuring a fire-resistant and anti-static structure, conductive springs are installed between the valve stem and valve body, as well as between the valve stem and ball body, to prevent ignition of flammable media due to static electricity. Ensure system security. 5. The fire-resistant structure provides dual protection. In the event of a fire that burns the sealing ring, all sealing parts of the ball valve can form a metal to metal hard sealing structure. 6.
