The pneumatic powder butterfly valve is mainly composed of a valve body, a sealing seat, a valve plate, and a pneumatic actuator for materials such as cement, dust, and powder. The soft seal formed by the rubber sealing ring of the valve body makes it particularly suitable for materials with strong wear resistance. In powder and granular material processing systems that require gravity feeding or pneumatic conveying, pneumatic powder butterfly valves are often installed on hoppers, silos, screw conveyor outlets, and pneumatic conveying pipelines.

Characteristics of Pneumatic Powder Butterfly Valve:

The middle of the pneumatic powder butterfly valve plate is a flat plate structure, and the valve stem is set on the upper and lower sides of the valve plate and connected to the valve plate as a whole. The sealing seat is sleeved on the valve plate, and the valve stems on both sides of the valve plate pass through the shaft holes of the sealing seat and are accommodated in the shaft holes of the valve body. The pneumatic powder butterfly valve is made of powder plate, nitrile sealing ring, and processed with wear-resistant polymer material. The half valve body is made of aluminum alloy material, and the rotary valve plate is made of polymer material, which is specially used for processing powder and granular materials.
