Application scope of pneumatic external vibrator

1. The electric motor adopts a dedicated motor, which is small in size, light in weight, easy to carry, and convenient for construction.

2. Adjustable frequency and excitation force: The frequency can be adjusted according to the different requirements of the concrete chamber. As long as the opening and closing degree of the intake valve is controlled, that is, the gas flow rate is controlled, the frequency can be adjusted, and the excitation force can be correspondingly increased or decreased.

3. Safe and reliable work: There is no risk of explosion in explosive gas areas, and it is not affected by harsh environments such as high temperatures. It has overload protection function and does not malfunction due to overload. When overloaded, it will only reduce the speed or stop. After the overload is relieved, it can resume normal operation.

4. Strong adaptability: With high starting torque, it can directly load pneumatically. Strong water resistance and resistance to moisture, which is particularly outstanding compared to electric vibrators. Of course, excessive moisture can also cause harm. If equipped with a diesel generator, it can be used for construction in areas far away from power sources or without electricity. Because there are no bearings, daily maintenance can be reduced under high-speed working conditions to avoid bearing wear problems.
