Pneumatic double eccentric butterfly valve, also known as pneumatic high-performance butterfly valve, is characterized by a structural feature where the valve stem axis deviates from both the center of the butterfly plate and the center of the body, allowing the butterfly plate to quickly detach from the valve seat after the valve is opened, greatly eliminating unnecessary excessive compression and scratching between the butterfly plate and the valve seat, reducing the opening distance, lowering wear, and improving the service life of the valve seat. The outer part of the valve seat is a movable insert, and the tighter the flange clamp and the greater the pressure, the better the sealing performance. It is equipped with a single piece flexible lip seal seat, which is suitable for occasions that require reliable sealing and good adjustment characteristics.

Advantages of Pneumatic High Performance Butterfly Valve:
1. The single PTFE elastic valve seat sealing structure achieves dynamic sealing through system pressure, which is durable and highly reliable;
2. Reliable sealing can be maintained without the need for additional sealing rings or metal components;
3. Capable of operating a bi-directional leak free seal;
4. The lip seal design compensates for temperature and pressure changes during use;
5. The valve seat does not come into contact with the butterfly plate when in the open and middle positions.
6. Easy to maintain, simply remove the pressure plate to replace the valve seat, without the need to disassemble the disc and shaft.
The pneumatic double eccentric butterfly valve is based on the butterfly valve with a centerline structure and has undergone two eccentricities. The first eccentricity refers to the deviation of the valve stem shaft from the center of the sealing surface, that is, the valve stem shaft is behind the butterfly plate surface. This eccentricity makes the contact surface between the butterfly plate and the valve seat a sealing surface, fundamentally overcoming the inherent shortcomings of the centerline butterfly valve, thereby eliminating the possibility of internal leakage at the upper and lower intersection points between the valve stem shaft and the sealing valve seat.Another eccentricity refers to the deviation between the center of the water hole in the valve body and the axis of the valve stem, that is, the valve stem axis separates the butterfly plate into two parts, one side is more and the other is less. This eccentricity allows the butterfly plate to quickly detach or approach the valve seat during the opening and closing process, reducing the travel friction between the butterfly plate and the sealing valve seat, lowering wear, reducing opening and closing torque, and extending the service life of the valve seat.
