Introduction to Pneumatic Fluorine lined Butterfly Valve:
Pneumatic lined fluorine butterfly valve, also known as pneumatic lined anti-corrosion butterfly valve, is a thick layer of fluoroplastic lining on the flow components that come into contact with the pipeline medium (such as the inner wall of the valve body, butterfly plate, valve seat), which has strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The valve seat and disc of the pneumatic fluorine lined butterfly valve are all made of PTFE, effectively ensuring that the valve shaft and other related components are not corroded by the medium in the valve chamber. Pneumatic fluorine lined butterfly valves are divided into pneumatic clamp type fluorine lined butterfly valves and pneumatic flange type fluorine lined butterfly valves according to different connection methods. Switching or regulating actuators can also be selected according to the working conditions to achieve rapid cutting off of pipeline media or proportional flow control. They can be widely used in corrosive fluids with temperatures ≤ 180 ℃ and strong acid and alkali media at room temperature and pressure.

Application of Pneumatic Fluorine lined Butterfly Valve:
The sealing structure of pneumatic lined fluorine butterfly valves can be divided into semi lined fluorine butterfly valves and fully lined fluorine butterfly valves according to the operating conditions. They have the advantages of aging resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, etc., and the sealing performance can reach zero leakage. They are currently one of the ideal choices for anti-corrosion equipment, especially suitable for places with corrosive or cleanliness requirements. They are widely used in any concentration of acid, alkali, strong oxidant, aqua regia, various organic acids, reducing agents, organic solvents and other media. However, they are not suitable for process media with high temperature and pressure or granular media. Generally, when the pressure and temperature exceed a certain level, it is recommended to use metal sealing materials for butterfly valves.
