When the control medium is not input, the cavity between the rubber sleeve and the valve body is connected to the atmosphere, and the rubber sleeve is under outward tension due to fluid pressure. Due to the angled arrangement of reinforced fabric layers inside the sleeve, the axial and radial pressures of the sleeve are balanced, so the length and diameter of the sleeve will not change due to fluid pressure. When the control medium enters the cavity between the pipe sleeve and the valve body, the pipe sleeve deforms and intercepts under the pressure of the medium.
No leakage: No sealing point, completely isolated control medium space and valve channel, no internal or external leakage will occur.
Same diameter pipe valve: With a novel and simple structure, the rubber sleeve has the same inner diameter as the pipeline, resulting in minimal local resistance loss.
Containing impurities for closure: By relying on the deformation of the rubber sleeve to achieve opening and closing, even if the fluid contains solid particles or fiber impurities, it will not block and can be completely and quickly wrapped and closed.
Wide applicability: With a simple structure and only three components, it can replace large and complex valves, especially suitable for occasions with explosion-proof requirements.
Long life quality: The unique rubber sleeve with reinforced curtain fabric can withstand high-frequency opening and closing operations, resist acid, alkali, and chemical media, and has a long service life.

precautions
1: The impurities and moisture in compressed air affect the service life of the rubber sleeve, and a filter should be installed in the air path to remove impurities and moisture.
2: Thoroughly remove impurities, chip powder, etc. from the pipes and joints during piping.
3: When repairing and maintaining the rubber sleeve, it is necessary to close the air supply valve in advance and exhaust the compressed air in the starting circuit before entering the maintenance operation.
4: To avoid freezing of the air valve rubber sleeve, a dryer should be used to dry the air when used below 5 ℃ Celsius.
