Pneumatic plastic diaphragm valve consists of two parts: diaphragm valve and pneumatic actuator. It is powered by compressed air and regulates the flow rate of fluid medium in the process pipeline.

Due to the use of corrosion-resistant valve body and diaphragm, no stuffing box structure, elastic diaphragm throttling element, smooth valve body flow channel, pneumatic plastic diaphragm valve has the advantages of low negative force, large flow rate, no leakage, convenience, reliability, fire and explosion prevention. It is widely used for flow regulation of strong acid, strong alkali, strong corrosion, high viscosity, grain containing, fiber containing, toxic and non polluting media in industrial automation systems.

The closing and opening of the diaphragm valve is achieved by the pressure from the pipeline acting on the reinforced rubber diaphragm. When the pressure medium enters the valve control chamber, the diaphragm is pressed down and the valve channel is closed. When the pressure in the control chamber is discharged to the atmosphere or downstream pipeline, the diaphragm rises and the valve channel is opened. Valves do not have valve stems, gaskets, directional seats, etc. The only component that moves in the channel is the diaphragm, so there is no rusting or locking phenomenon, and it has higher stability. Multiple structural and control forms, suitable for various fluid control needs.

Feedback switch: also known as limit switch, remote feedback switch signal (optional explosion-proof).

Electromagnetic valve: Double acting with two position five way valve, single acting with two position three way valve (optional explosion-proof).

Triple component: capable of stabilizing the gas source, filtering, and adding lubricating oil to the cylinder.

Handwheel mechanism: Rotate the handwheel mechanism to manually open and close the valve.

Electrical locator: Input 4-20mA signal to achieve valve adjustment function.
