Overview of Pneumatic Threaded Ball Valve Products
The Q611F pneumatic internal thread ball valve is composed of a double (single) acting pneumatic piston actuator and an internal thread ball valve. The valve body can be divided into integral, two-piece, and three piece types. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to open and close. The valve stem adopts a bottom mounted structure with reverse sealing, and the valve stem will not be impacted when the valve chamber is abnormally pressurized. The pneumatic piston actuator uses low friction materials to make the bearing sleeve, and the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder body are treated with hard anodizing and anti-corrosion treatment, greatly improving the service life of the cylinder. This product has stable performance and is widely used in industrial sectors such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, power, light industry, and pharmaceuticals.
Working principle of pneumatic threaded ball valve
When the pneumatic actuator is connected to the circuit and system air source, air enters cylinder A (cylinder B) through pipe A or B to push the piston towards one end, thereby driving the rotating shaft and ball core to rotate 90 °. The top of the pneumatic actuator is linked with a visual device, and when the green sign points to the word "open", it indicates that the valve is open. When the green light of the reply signal light is on, the valve is in the open position, and when the red light is on, the valve is in the closed position. The locator can adjust the flow rate of the valve pipeline.
