Polyethylene polypropylene fiber composite waterproof roll is a new type of waterproof roll, which is made by combining the original polyethylene synthetic polymer material with anti-aging agent, stabilizer, adhesive aid, etc., and the high-strength new polypropylene polyester filament non-woven fabric through an automatic production line. This product is developed based on a thorough study of existing waterproof and anti-seepage products, in accordance with modern waterproof engineering and new requirements for waterproof and anti-seepage materials. This product is a new type of waterproof material made by using multi-layer polymer synthetic sheet materials and composite processing with new technologies and processes.

The upper and lower surfaces are rough, and the non-woven fibers have an irregular cross structure, forming three-dimensional mesh holes. It can be used stably for a long time within the ambient temperature range of -40 ℃ to 60 ℃. Suitable for bonding various materials, especially for direct bonding with cement materials during the solidification process. As long as there is no visible water, it can be constructed with good comprehensive performance and high tensile strength. Strong impermeability, good low-temperature flexibility, low expansion coefficient, easy adhesion, low friction coefficient, can be directly used in sandy soil, stable and reliable performance. Construction operation procedures

Acceptance and cleaning of the base layer (leveling layer) → preparation of adhesive (ready to use) → treatment of complex areas (corners, eaves, water outlets, pipe holes, etc.) with additional layers → construction of waterproof layer → inspection of waterproof layer → construction and acceptance of protective layer.

1. The base layer (leveling layer) for laying waterproof rolls must be cleaned and sprayed with water to ensure that the base layer is moist. (Note: The roof waterproof leveling layer shall comply with the provisions of GB50207-2002 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Roofs", and the underground waterproof leveling layer shall comply with the provisions of GB50208-2002 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Underground Waterproofing").

2. Prepare cement paste adhesive with polyvinyl alcohol solution containing 5% to 15% cement weight, stir evenly, without sedimentation or clumping. It can be used without any segregation phenomenon.

3. Before the construction of the main waterproof layer on the roof, the detailed nodes with centralized drainage and complex structures should be sealed and additional layers should be pasted.

4. The sealing material adopts polyether polyurethane. If other sealing materials are used, they should not contain chemical substances such as mineral oil and Vaseline that affect the performance of polyethylene.

5. Additional layers should be added at all corners; Make R=20mm circular arcs at the corners of yin and yang.

6. The waterproofing membrane should be laid using the full laying method, and the adhesive should be evenly applied to the base surface without exposing the bottom or accumulating; After the adhesive is applied, the roll material should be laid immediately. Prevent excessive time from affecting the bonding quality.

7. The waterproof roll material shall not be wrinkled or stretched forcefully during installation. Laying and pasting while removing air and excess adhesive underneath the roll material, ensuring that the roll material is tightly bonded to the base surface and between each layer of roll material.

8. The overlap width for laying waterproof rolls shall not be less than 100mm.

9. The joints between the upper and lower layers and adjacent rolls should be staggered by one-third of the width
