Overview:
Platinum cobalt color standard solution is calibrated using "degree" as the color measurement unit. Can be widely used in power plants and purified water
Factories, waterworks, domestic sewage treatment plants, beverage plants, environmental protection departments, industrial water use, liquor industry, pharmaceutical industry, prevention and control
The color measurement of epidemic departments, hospitals and other departments is carried out to meet the prescribed water quality standards.
Working conditions:
1. Working environment temperature: 5-35 ℃, storage: -20-55 ℃
2. The working environment humidity should not exceed 80% RH
3. Power supply voltage AC 220V 50Hz
4. The instrument should be placed horizontally on a stable laboratory table, effectively avoiding direct light sources. And there is no strong magnetic interference or strong vibration source.
5. There should be no obvious dust or corrosive gases present in the surrounding air.

Preparation of Zero Degree Solution and Platinum Cobalt Standard Solution
1. Preparation method for zero degree solution of water quality chromaticity
According to the international standard ISO7027, a filter membrane with a pore size of 0.1 micrometers (or 0.2 micrometers) is selected to filter distilled water, electrodialysis water, or ion exchange water, removing the first 250-500 milliliters of filtrate, and then collecting the filtered water. The filtrate obtained by repeatedly filtering twice or more is the specified zero color solution. Store the solution in a clean glass bottle that has been rinsed with the solution.
2. Preparation method of platinum cobalt color standard solution
According to the national standard GB5750, weigh 1.246 grams of potassium chloroplatinate (K2PtCL6) and 1.000 grams of dry cobalt chloride (CoCL2 · 6H2O) and dissolve them in 100 milliliters of pure water. Add 100 mL of hydrochloric acid (ρ 20=1.19 g/mL) and dilute to 1000 milliliters with pure water. This is the standard 500 degree platinum cobalt solution. Take another 50 milliliters of 500 degree standard platinum cobalt solution, pour it into a 100 milliliter volumetric flask, and then dilute the zero color aqueous solution to the mark and shake well. This is the standard 250 degree platinum cobalt solution. Take another 10 milliliters of 500 degree standard platinum cobalt solution, pour it into a 100 milliliter volumetric flask, and then dilute the zero color aqueous solution to the mark and shake well. This is the standard 50 degree platinum cobalt solution. Store the solution in a clean glass bottle for later use.
