Brief introduction
BR-900S handheld pressure pump, also known asPortable pressure pump(hereinafter referred to as pneumatic pump) is a manual pressure pump that can generate positive pressure and vacuum. Its pressure medium is air, and due to the use of valves and joints, it has excellent sealing, durability, and portability. 4、 Usage method

1. Inspect positive pressure instruments
Set the pressure pump to positive pressure state, that is, connect the positive and negative pressure conversion connection pipe (short quick connection pipe) to the interface ⑥ with "positive pressure", and connect the other end to the intake interface (positive pressure, vacuum conversion connection pipe) ②.
Connect the standard gauge and the tested gauge to interfaces ③ and ④ using connecting pipes (2 long quick connect pipes) to prevent leakage. Place exhaust valve ① in the closed position, then push and pull handle ⑧ to apply pressure. When the pressure reaches the predetermined value, stop pressure creation. At this point, slowly turn the fine adjustment knob ⑦ clockwise to perform pressure adjustment.
When verifying the return error of pressure instruments, slowly rotate the handle of exhaust valve ① counterclockwise. When it approaches the desired pressure value, close exhaust valve ① and use fine-tuning handle ⑦ to perform pressure fine-tuning until all pressure calibration points are calibrated. Open the shut-off valve ① to release air, and return the standard gauge and the inspected gauge to zero.
2. Verify vacuum instruments and meters
Set the pressure pump to vacuum state, that is, connect the positive and negative pressure conversion pipe (short quick connection pipe) to the interface marked with "negative" ⑤, and connect the other end to the intake interface (positive pressure, vacuum conversion pipe) ②. It is the vacuum operation state. At this point, connect the inspected and standard gauge to prevent leakage, place the shut-off valve in the closed position, and then push and pull the handle ⑧ to apply pressure. When the pressure reaches the predetermined value, stop pressure creation. At this point, slowly turn the fine adjustment knob ⑦ clockwise to perform pressure adjustment. Open the shut-off valve ① to release air, and return the standard gauge and the inspected gauge to zero.
