In addition to measuring the flow rate of general conductive liquids, sewage treatment flow meters can also measure the volumetric flow rate of liquid-solid two-phase flow, high viscosity liquid flow, and salt, strong acid, and strong alkali liquids.

1. The measurement of flow rate is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity. The sensor induced voltage signal is linearly related to the average flow rate, resulting in high measurement accuracy.
2. There is no obstruction in the measuring pipeline, so there is no additional pressure loss; There are no movable parts inside the measuring pipeline, so the sensor has an extremely long lifespan.
3. Due to the fact that the induced voltage signal is formed in the entire space filled with a magnetic field and is the average value on the surface of the pipeline, the sensor requires a shorter straight pipe section, with a length of 5 times the diameter of the pipeline.
4. The sensor part only has the inner lining and electrodes in contact with the measured liquid. As long as the electrode and inner lining materials are selected reasonably, they can be corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.
5. The LD converter adopts internationally advanced microcontroller (MCU) and surface mount technology (SMT), with reliable performance, high accuracy, low power consumption, stable zero point, and convenient parameter setting. 1. Sensor:
The sensor mainly consists of a measuring conduit, measuring electrodes, excitation coils, iron cores, magnetic yokes, and a housing.
a、 Measurement catheter: composed of stainless steel catheter, lining, and connecting flange, it is a carrier for measuring the on-site working conditions of the measured liquid.
b、 Measurement electrode: a pair of electrodes installed on the inner wall of the measurement catheter, perpendicular to the axial flow direction, to generate signals for the measured liquid.
c、 Excitation coil: The upper and lower excitation coils that generate a magnetic field inside the measuring conduit.
d、 Iron core and magnetic yoke: Introduce the magnetic field generated by the excitation coil into the liquid and form a magnetic circuit.
e、 Shell: Instrument outer packaging.
2. Converter: It is an intelligent secondary meter that amplifies and processes flow signals. After being operated by a microcontroller, it can display flow and cumulative measurement, and output signals such as pulses and analog currents for measuring or controlling fluid flow.

The sewage treatment flowmeter is a volumetric flow measurement instrument that is not affected by the temperature, viscosity, density, and conductivity (within a certain range) of the measured medium during the measurement process. 4. The sewage treatment flowmeter has no mechanical inertia, sensitive response, can measure instantaneous pulsating flow rate, and has good linearity. Therefore, the measurement signal can be directly converted into a standardized signal output by a converter, which can be used for on-site indication or long-distance transmission.

1. Choose the appropriate type based on the characteristics of integrated and separated sewage treatment flow meters. The installation and wiring of the integrated sewage treatment flowmeter are convenient, with moderate accuracy, and should not be installed below the ground to prevent the converter from being submerged in water. The separated sewage treatment flowmeter has high accuracy, and the converter and sensor are installed remotely, making it more suitable for situations with poor on-site environment (such as hazardous, toxic, and easily flooded places). However, the installation and wiring are strict, otherwise interference signals may be introduced.
2. Choose the appropriate electrode form. For media that do not produce crystals, scars, or contaminate electrodes, standard electrodes can be used. Otherwise, scraper type cleaning electrodes or electrodes with cleaning connection devices can be used. For sludge testing, replaceable electrodes can also be used.
3. Select electrode materials based on the corrosiveness of the tested medium.
4. Select lining materials based on the corrosiveness, wear resistance, and temperature of the tested medium.
5. Protection level of sewage treatment flowmeter. According to the national standard GB4208-1984, which is approximately equivalent to the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC standard (IEC529-7B), the standard for the protection level of the enclosure is IP65, which is a waterproof type that allows the faucet to spray water on the instrument from any direction, with a spray pressure of 30Kpa. The water output is 0.75m3/h, and the distance between the water spray outlet and the instrument is 3m; IP67 is a waterproof type, which means that the instrument can be fully immersed in water, with the highest point at least 150cm underwater and a duration of at least 30 minutes. IP68 is a submersible type that can work underwater for a long time. According to the above regulations, instruments that are prone to flooding when installed underground should be rated IP68, while instruments installed above ground should be rated IP65.
6. Select grounding based on the insulation of the connecting instrument pipeline.
7. Select the nominal pressure of the sewage treatment flowmeter based on the highest pressure of the measured medium. For flow measurement of medium pressure levels of 10MPa, 16MPa, 25MPa, and 32MPa, high-pressure sewage treatment flow meters should be selected. Its maximum diameter is 100mm.
