The powder coal hopper level gauge is a 26G high-frequency radar type level measuring instrument, with a maximum measurement distance of up to 80 meters. The antenna has been further optimized and processed, and the new fast microprocessor can perform higher speed signal analysis and processing, making the instrument suitable for complex measurement conditions such as reaction vessels and solid material silos.
The radar level antenna of the powder coal hopper emits narrow microwave pulses, which are transmitted downwards through the antenna. After the microwave comes into contact with the surface of the measured medium, it is reflected back and received again by the antenna system. The signal is transmitted to the electronic circuit and automatically converted into a level signal (because microwave propagation speed is extremely fast, the time it takes for electromagnetic waves to reach the target and reflect back to the receiver is almost instantaneous)
1. No blind spots, high precision.
2. Two wire technology is an excellent alternative product for differential pressure instruments, magnetostrictive instruments, radio frequency admittance instruments, and magnetic flap instruments.
3. Not affected by pressure changes, temperature changes, inert gases, vacuum, smoke, steam and other environmental factors.
4. Easy to install, sturdy and durable, maintenance free.
5. HART or PROFIBUS-PA communication protocol and fund fieldbus protocol, easy calibration, and easy on-site calibration operation through digital LCD display. Simple configuration settings and programming are achieved through software GDPF.
6. Sensitive measurement and fast refresh rate.
7. Suitable for high temperature conditions, with a process temperature of up to 200 ℃. When using a high-temperature extension antenna, it can reach up to 300 ℃.
8. The antenna size is small and easy to install; Non contact radar, no wear and tear, no pollution.
9. It is hardly affected by corrosion and foam; Almost unaffected by changes in water vapor, temperature, and pressure in the atmosphere.
10. Severe dust environment has little impact on the operation of high-frequency level meters.
11. Shorter wavelength, better reflection on tilted solid surfaces.
12. The small beam angle and concentrated energy enhance the echo capability while also helping to avoid interference.
13. The measurement blind spot is smaller, and it can also achieve good results for measuring small cans.
14. High signal-to-noise ratio enables better performance even in fluctuating conditions.
High frequency is the best choice for measuring solids and low dielectric constant media.
