This welding workstation is specifically developed for welding new energy battery casings, power battery lower casings, power battery trays, and electric vehicle battery trays. The equipment consists of two dedicated arc welding robots, two single axis rotary positioners, and two CMT welding machines. Rotate and install on two slides. The equipment is divided into two workstations, A and B, which are the loading and unloading area and the welding area. The welding area is installed inside the welding room, which is a closed station building that can effectively isolate arc light and welding smoke. There are two smoke outlets on the roof of the welding room that can be connected to the factory's smoke exhaust system, which is conducive to environmental protection and protection of workers' occupational health. The loading and unloading area is open and can be equipped with balanced cranes or other auxiliary loading and unloading mechanisms.

There are operating positions on both sides of workstations A and B in the loading and unloading area, which are convenient for operators to assemble and place materials in bulk and observe. When station A is loading and unloading materials, station B enters the welding room for welding. After station B completes the welding, it automatically leaves the station to wait for loading and unloading materials. Station A enters the welding room of the station building for welding. A. The B workstation alternates without the need for welding machines to wait, greatly improving work efficiency and pace.
