| The pre purification column is equipped with cation anion exchange resin. In the ion exchange reaction, cations (such as Na+) in the water are transferred to the resin, while an exchangeable H+on the ion exchange resin is transferred to the water. The process of Na+transferring from water to resin is an ion displacement process. The process of H+exchange from resin to water is called the dissociation process. Therefore, due to the results of displacement and dissociation processes, Na+and H+exchange positions, and this change is called ion exchange. Similarly, the anion resin replaces OH - to produce H2O. Resin exchange has high exchange capacity, low water flow resistance, high mechanical strength, good chemical stability, and reversible exchange reaction, making it easy to regenerate and achieve desalination and purification by selecting different ion adsorption options. The resistivity of pure water after pre purification column can reach 10-15 M Ω• cm@25 ℃. |
