Main principles：

At the beginning of precipitation, precipitation droplets splash onto the sensor measurement surface. After the sensor detects the droplets, it outputs a low-level signal. When the rain stops, it controls the sensor to heat up to accelerate the evaporation of rainwater. When the sensor measurement surface is dry, it outputs a high-level signal.
