The pressure control system generally consists of a gas pressure regulating device composed of "safety emergency shut-off valve+monitoring pressure regulating valve+working pressure regulating valve" main equipment connected in sequence from upstream to downstream. The entire system is supplied in a modular and modular manner. The main equipment and related instruments in the system have been installed and manufactured in the factory and have undergone individual inspection and overall performance testing. It has the characteristics of safety, reliability, excellent performance, easy installation, and simple operation.

Working principle: In the normal working state of the system, both the safety emergency cut-off valve and the monitoring pressure regulating valve are fully open. The downstream outlet pressure is regulated by the working pressure regulating valve. When the working pressure regulating valve fails and cannot control the downstream outlet pressure, the monitoring pressure regulating valve starts to take over the work pressure regulating valve to regulate the pressure. When the monitoring pressure regulating valve also fails and cannot control the downstream outlet pressure, the safety emergency cut-off valve quickly and automatically closes the valve core, achieving the purpose of cutting off the airflow and ensuring the safety of the system.

System features:


a. Adopting an axial flow pressure regulating valve, it has the characteristics of high overcurrent capacity and excellent closing performance;

b. High voltage regulation accuracy of ± 1% and wide regulation ratio;

c. Equal percentage characteristic (logarithmic characteristic);

d. Comes with a built-in commander filter;

e. The working pressure regulating valve has a "fail open" characteristic, and the monitoring pressure regulating valve has a "fail close" characteristic;

f. The system safety cut-off response time is less than 1 second;

g. The system can also be configured with functions such as automatic cut-off, remote transmission of valve position, valve position indication (local and remote), commander electric heater, current and pressure limiting, and remote control;

h. It can achieve functions such as overcurrent cut-off and interlocking with prepaid IC card meters.

Flexibility of system configuration: Various configuration methods such as "safety emergency shut-off valve+monitoring pressure regulating valve+electric regulating valve", "safety emergency shut-off valve+monitoring electric regulating valve+working pressure regulating valve", "safety emergency shut-off valve+safety emergency shut-off valve+working pressure regulating valve", "safety emergency shut-off valve+safety emergency shut-off valve+electric regulating valve" can be adopted according to user requirements and process requirements.

The current and pressure limiting control system can be used in conjunction with various configurations mentioned above (or can work together with SCADA systems) to achieve the goal of limiting distribution flow and controlling uneven gas consumption among users.
