A pressure level sensor is a pressure sensor component used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the transmitter. It is connected to the transmitter by a capillary tube filled with fluid. Used to measure the liquid level, flow rate, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors, and then convert them into 4-20mA DC signal output.
After the pressure level sensor and pressure transmitter are equipped with a remote transmission sealing device, they become the RZS-3051 series pressure level sensor. It still has various characteristics of pressure level sensor and pressure transmitter, and can communicate with the HART controller for setting and monitoring.
Transmitter manufacturer
This series of pressure and liquid level sensors can avoid direct contact between the measured medium and the isolation diaphragm of the transmitter. This measurement method is suitable for the following situations:
1. The tested medium has a corrosive effect on the sensitive components of the transmitter
2. Need to isolate the high-temperature measured medium from the transmitter
3. There are suspended solids or high viscosity media in the tested medium
4. The tested medium is easily solidified or crystallized when introduced by a pressure tube
5. Strictly purify the measuring head when replacing the measured medium
6. The measuring head must be kept hygienic and contamination is strictly prohibited. Object of use: Corrosive or viscous liquids
Attention: Remote transmitters should not be used in vacuum environments.
There are four forms of remote transmission devices for pressure level sensors:
1. 1191PFW flat remote transmission device (standard 3 ", working pressure 2.5MPa)
2. 1191RTW type threaded installation remote transmission device (maximum working pressure 10MPa)
3. 1191RFW type flange mounted remote transmission device
4. 1191EFW type plug-in tube remote transmission device (standard 3 "or 4", working pressure 2.5MPa)
