Pulse bag filter is a bag filter designed after improving the digestion and absorption of similar products. The pulse dust collector is mainly composed of six parts: box body, filter bag, ash hopper, gas pipeline, pulse valve, and controller. Due to the strict welding process used for most of the box body, ash hopper, air duct, etc., the maintenance doors are tightly sealed with plastic rubber, so the whole machine can be tightly sealed without air leakage.

Working principle of pulse bag filter:

The dusty gas enters the filtering chamber through the inlet of the ash hopper, and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash bin. The dusty gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the surface of the bag. The clean air passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay outputs a signal, and the control signal starts to work. The pulse valves are opened one by one, allowing compressed air to blow and clean the filter bag through the nozzle. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the surface of the bag (or inside the filter layer) separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper. The dust is discharged through the ash discharge valve. After all filter bags are blown clean, the dust collector resumes normal operation.
