Programmable touch screen fully automatic precision oven temperature control is a touch screen programmable temperature controller with high brightness wide window LCD display, clear and intuitive indication. Microcomputer intelligent control, after setting the temperature and time, automatically controls the heating power and displays the heating status, ensuring accurate and stable temperature control. Especially suitable for LED LCD、PCB、 Drying and aging in the production process of products with strict temperature uniformity and reliability requirements in industries such as nano spraying, quartz crystals, capacitors, and resistors.

1. Design oven air ducts based on product features for good temperature uniformity.

2. Sealing design: The sealing strip is made of silicone rubber strip, which can withstand temperature without deformation. The door and inner liner adopt a double-layer sealing form to enhance the sealing effect.

3. Protection devices: PID self-tuning, automatic constant temperature, automatic timing, timed alarm and power-off when temperature reaches, power-off when overheating occurs, leakage protection, motor overload protection, etc.

4. Observation window: equipped with a large viewing angle glass window for easy observation of product baking conditions;

5. Temperature recording: can be connected to a printer or computer, and can record the changes in temperature parameters;

6. Non standard customization: With rich industry experience and strong ability in non-standard customization, we provide customers with systematic solutions for different products.

7. The exterior is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate treated with rust prevention and sprayed with plastic. It adopts a single door structure, and the control box is located at the top of the machine.

8. Internally made of 1.2mm thick mirror stainless steel argon arc welding, it is bright, clean, hygienic, environmentally friendly, anti pollution, and easy to clean.

9. The insulation material adopts 100K environmentally friendly high-temperature rock wool, which has excellent insulation effect.
