Maintenance management requirements:
1. Establish a maintenance and management duty system, and the duty personnel should record the operation status. Regularly check whether the electronic dust cleaning device is operating normally, and adjust the dust cleaning time if necessary to improve the dust cleaning efficiency.
2. Regularly check whether the compressed air system is operating normally, whether the air source pressure is stable, and whether it meets the requirements (0.3-0.4 kg).
3. Observe the emission concentration of smoke and dust at any time. If dust is found, check the damage of the filter cartridge and the sealing of the filter chamber in a timely manner, block the air leakage pores, and update the filter cartridge.
4. Before shutting down the filter cartridge dust collector, the filter cartridge should be cleaned once to remove any accumulated dust.
