In the above-mentioned pharmaceutical water production process, ion exchange technology is still widely used as a deep desalination method. However, during the regeneration of ion exchange resin, a large amount of waste acid and alkali are generated, which seriously pollutes the environment and restricts its development. Although secondary reverse osmosis can eliminate the use of ion exchange resin, it requires high salt content in the raw water because the desalination rate of the current reverse osmosis system is about 98%. If the salt content of the raw water is high, the conductivity of the produced water will exceed the control index.
Pure water used in medicine has relatively stricter and higher requirements for water quality. It is often required that the resistance value of ultrapure water should be above 15 megabytes.
