Process description of purified water equipment used in the beverage industry
Multi media filter: using smokeless coal and quartz sand filter media to remove solid suspended solids from water.
Activated carbon filter: Using fruit shell activated carbon specifically designed for water purification, it removes organic matter, color, odor, residual chlorine from water, and keeps the residual chlorine below 0.1mg/L.
Precision filter: using a 5 μ m melt blown filter element to remove particles from water and protect the ultrafiltration membrane.
Ozone is a broad-spectrum, efficient, and fast sterilizing agent that can completely kill bacteria and viruses in finished water.

Based on the design of tap water in most cities in China, the newly developed secondary reverse osmosis process for producing purified water is also a relatively advanced technology at present. This process technology has been adopted in many well-known pure water manufacturing enterprises, such as Wahaha, Kangshifu, Weiwei, Zhengguanghe, and Yangshengtang.
