The Cohen Pyramid Nano machining center is designed specifically for large-scale, high-precision, and high surface roughness production requirements. The integrated automatic feeding system allows for unmanned operation and five axis linkage processing.

Product Application
Suitable for the processing of ultra precision and high smoothness parts, such as ultra precision shells, ultra precision hole systems, colored parts, and mirror processing of quenched and hardened steel

·Equipped with 24 workstations for automatic replacement of workpieces in the warehouse, with the option to select 36, 60, or more workstations (to prepare for future improvements)
·Contact type workpiece automatic measurement probe with infrared data transmission function (can only be used in conjunction with vector control spindle or directional spindle)
·Equipped with a linear measurement system or laser measurement system, it can measure tool length and tool radius
