The QBY series pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying pump. Using compressed air as the power source, it can absorb all kinds of corrosive liquids with suction. Its performance parameters are similar to WLLDENPVMPS from the Federal Republic of Germany and MARIOWPUMPS from the United States. It has been used by nearly a thousand domestic petrochemical companies and installed in various special occasions to pump media that cannot be pumped by conventional pumps, achieving satisfactory results. It can also be customized with materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc. according to user requirements.
This product does not require water injection. The pump can not only pump flowing liquids, but also transport media that are not easily flowing. It has many advantages such as self-priming pump, submersible pump, shielded pump, mud pump, and impurity pump. Can work submerged in a medium. This pump does not require the use of lubricating oil, and even if it is operated without air, it has no impact on the pump. The head and flow rate can be adjusted through the valve switch. The standard suction lift is up to 7m, the head is 50m, and the outlet pressure is ≥ 6kgf/c ㎡.
