The QBY type PTFE lined pneumatic diaphragm pump is a type of conveying machinery and is currently a novel type of pump in China. Using compressed air as the power source, it can extract and absorb various corrosive liquids, particulate liquids, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. Its performance parameters are similar to WLLDENPVMPS from the Federal Republic of Germany and MARIOWPUMPS from the United States. Features of PTFE lined anti-corrosion pneumatic diaphragm pump
1. No need for irrigation, with a suction range of 2-7m, a lift of 50m, and an outlet pressure of ≥ 6kgf/c ㎡.
The QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump has a wide flow barrier and good performance, allowing it to pump flowing liquids and transport some non flowing media. It has many advantages over conveying machinery such as self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, shielded pumps, mud pumps, and impurity pumps.
2. When pumping mud and impurities with large particles and a diameter of 10mm, there is minimal wear on the pump.
3. The head and flow can be infinitely adjusted through the opening of the air valve. (Adjust the air pressure between 1-7kg/c ㎡).
4. The pump has no rotating parts and no shaft seal diaphragm to separate the pumped medium from the moving parts of the pump. The working medium is completely separated, and the conveyed medium will not leak outward. So when pumping toxic, volatile or corrosive media, it will not cause environmental pollution and endanger personal safety.
5. No need for electricity, safe and reliable to use in flammable and explosive places.
6. Can work submerged in a medium.
7. Easy to use, reliable in operation, the pump can be started and stopped simply by opening and closing the gas valve. Even if it runs without medium for a long time or suddenly stops due to unexpected situations, the pump will not be damaged. Once overloaded, the pump will automatically stop, with self-protection performance. When the load returns to normal, it can start running automatically again.
8. The pump has a simple structure and few vulnerable parts. It is easy to install and maintain, and the medium transported by the pump does not come into contact with moving parts such as the valve and connecting rod. Unlike other types of pumps, the performance gradually decreases due to wear and tear of components such as rotors, pistons, gears, and blades.

1. Compressed air is used as power.
2. It is a type of displacement pump that causes volume changes due to the reciprocating deformation of the diaphragm. Its working principle is similar to that of a plunger pump. Due to the characteristics of the working principle of a diaphragm pump, it has the following features:
(1) The pump will not overheat: compressed air is used as the power source, and during exhaust, it is a process of expansion and heat absorption. The temperature of the pneumatic pump decreases during operation, and no harmful gases are discharged.
(2) No electric sparks generated: Pneumatic diaphragm pumps do not use electricity as power and are grounded to prevent static sparks
(3) It can be achieved through liquid containing particles: because it works in a volumetric manner and the inlet is a ball valve, it is not easily blocked.
(4) The shear force on the material is extremely low: how it is sucked in and expelled during operation, so the agitation of the material is small, suitable for conveying unstable substances
(5) The flow rate can be adjusted by installing a throttle valve at the material outlet.
(6) It has the function of self-priming.
(7) It can run empty without any danger.
(8) Can work underwater.
(9) The pump industry can transport a wide range of products, from low viscosity to high viscosity, and from corrosive to viscous.
(10) There is no complex control system, no cables, fuses, etc.
(11) Small in size, lightweight, and easy to move.
(12) No lubrication is required, so maintenance is simple and there will be no pollution to the working environment due to dripping.
(13) The pump can always maintain high efficiency and will not decrease due to wear and tear.
