Product details

QBYF series fluorine lined pneumatic diaphragm pump Product introduction:

The QBYF series fluorine lined pneumatic diaphragm pump is a novel positive displacement pump in China that uses compressed air as the power source, distributes air through the reciprocating motion of the air valve, and drives the diaphragm to squeeze and transport the medium. This pump combines the advantages of conveying machinery such as impurity pumps, self-priming pumps, mud pumps, shield pumps, and submersible pumps. This series of products is made of high-quality HT200 cast iron as the shell and has good physical properties. It is lined with polytetrafluoroethylene and can be used for any acid, alkali, and various organic solvents except for molten alkali salts. The application range is extremely wide. The series of pumps has the characteristics of beautiful structure, good physical resistance, and durability. They can pump and absorb various corrosive liquids, granular, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, explosive, highly toxic liquids, ceramic glaze slurry, fruit slurry, glue, oil tanker bottom oil recovery, temporary tank pouring and other liquids, especially to solve the problems of running, emitting, dripping, leaking, and not allowing idle operation of blade pumps. This series of products can use ordinary clean industrial gas or instrument gas. Starting at a low pressure of 0.1 kg can save more than 30% of gas consumption under normal conveying conditions, It is a new generation of energy-saving pump with good market prospects. Its performance parameters are similar to WLLDENPUMPS from Germany and MARIOWPUMPS from the United States.

Working principle and design features of QBYF series fluorine lined pneumatic diaphragm pump:

1. Compressed air is used as power.
2. It is a type of displacement pump that causes volume changes due to the reciprocating deformation of the diaphragm. Its working principle is similar to that of a plunger pump. Due to the characteristics of the working principle of a diaphragm pump, it has the following features:
(1) The pump will not overheat: compressed air is used as the power source, and during exhaust, it is a process of expansion and heat absorption. The temperature of the pneumatic pump decreases during operation, and no harmful gases are discharged.
(2) No electric sparks generated: Pneumatic diaphragm pumps do not use electricity as power and are grounded to prevent static sparks
(3) It can be achieved through liquid containing particles: because it works in a volumetric manner and the inlet is a ball valve, it is not easily blocked.
(4) The shear force on the material is extremely low: how it is sucked in and expelled during operation, so the agitation of the material is small, suitable for conveying unstable substances
(5) The flow rate can be adjusted by installing a throttle valve at the material outlet.
(6) It has the function of self-priming.
(7) It can run empty without any danger.
(8) Can work underwater.
(9) The fluids that can be transported are extremely diverse, ranging from low viscosity to high viscosity, and from corrosive to viscous.
(10) There is no complex control system, no cables, fuses, etc.
(11) Small in size, lightweight, and easy to move.
(12) No lubrication is required, so maintenance is simple and there will be no pollution to the working environment due to dripping.
(13) The pump can always maintain high efficiency and will not decrease due to wear and tear.
(14) 100% energy utilization, when the outlet is closed, the pump automatically stops, causing equipment movement, wear, overload, and heating
(15) Without a dynamic seal, maintenance is easy and leakage is avoided. There are no dead spots during work.

Working principle of QBYF series fluorine lined pneumatic diaphragm pump:

In each of the two symmetrical working chambers of the pump, there is an elastic diaphragm installed. The connecting rod integrates the two diaphragms into one. Compressed air enters the distribution valve from the pump's intake head and pushes the diaphragms in the two working chambers, driving the two diaphragms connected by the connecting rod to move synchronously. At the same time, the gas in the other working chamber is discharged out of the pump from behind the diaphragm. Once reaching the end of the journey. The valve mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into another working chamber, pushing the diaphragm in the opposite direction, thus forming synchronous reciprocating motion of the two diaphragms. There are two one-way ball valves installed in each working chamber. The reciprocating motion of the diaphragm causes a change in the volume of the working chamber, forcing the two one-way ball valves to alternately open and close, thereby continuously inhaling and discharging liquid.
