Dust containing gas fromdust collectorThe air inlet in and out of the bellows body (A series enters from the ash hopper) enters through the inclined partition and turns to the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to inertia, coarse dust particles in the gas fall into the ash hopper, while small dust particles enter the filtering chamber with the airflow and adhere to the surface of the filter bag. The purified gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper cleaning chamber. It is collected by the cleaning chambers of each compartment through the air outlet and sucked out by the main fan of the dust collection system before being discharged into the atmosphere. As the filtration process continues, the amount of dust adhering to the surface of the filter bag gradually increases, and the resistance of the airflow passing through also gradually increases. When a certain resistance value is reached (such as 1770Pa), it can be manually or automatically controlled to start through a constant pressure or timed dust cleaning program electronic control instrument as neededdust collectorThe lift valve of the first compartment is closed, cutting off the airflow through the filter chamber. Then, the high-pressure compressed air released by the pulse valve is opened to pulse blow and clean all the filter bags inside the first compartment air box (f), causing each filter bag to suddenly swell and shake off the dust accumulated on the bag surface, restoring the pressure difference inside and outside the bag to the starting state, and the dust settles into the ash hopper. Subsequently, the programmable controller opens the lift valve at regular intervals to restore the filtration of the first chamber, then starts the lift valve of the second chamber, closes and cuts off the filtered airflow of the second chamber, opens the solenoid valve of the second chamber to release high-pressure compressed air, and applies a stop air pulse spray to clean all filter bags in the second chamber air box, removing dust from the filter bags in the second chamber. Afterwards, the programmable controller opens the second compartment lift valve to restore the filtration of the second compartment. Afterwards, according to the predetermined electrical control program, the filter bags of the third and fourth compartments will be stopped and blown to clean the dust until the last compartment is completely cleaned. The electrical control device will be turned off, and all dust collectors will resume formal filtering and dust collection.

The time for stopping and blowing the filter bag, the interval between compartments, and the cleaning cycle are controlled by a programmable controller, and all times are adjustable. Please refer to the electrical control manual.
