working principle:This machine uses compressed gas through a feeding injector to uniformly and continuously feed the crushed material (usually around 60 mesh) from the automatic feeder into the crushing chamber. At the same time, the compressed gas passes through the crushing nozzle to generate high-speed airflow, which is sprayed into the crushing chamber. The chamber gas collides with the material, rubs and impacts to achieve the purpose of crushing. Most of the crushed ultrafine particles are collected in the lower part of the cyclone separation, and some finer particles are collected in the filter bag collector. The gas is discharged through the filter bag. The machine has a simple structure, small footprint, and easy cleaning.
