All weather fireproof breathing valve (QZF-89) 
The breathing valve is equipped with an electrostatic protection device that maintains the same potential as the tank at all times. According to the requirements of different media environments, fire-resistant breathing valves can be divided into single function breathing valves and breathing valves combined with flame arresters and fire-resistant layers to prevent fire sources from entering the breathing valve housing. According to different structures, it can be divided into all-weather (fire-resistant) breathing valves, (fire-resistant) single call (single suction) valves, single call (single suction) valves with connecting pipes (fire-resistant), double connected (fire-resistant) breathing valves, quick opening breathing valves, etc. In response to the cold winter climate in northern regions, our company has specially developed jacket insulated breathing valves. The shell is treated with a jacket, and the valve port is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material, which has the advantages of low temperature resistance, frost resistance, small leakage, good sealing performance, easy maintenance, cleaning, and replacement.

Explosion proof level: BS 5501: IIA IIB、IIC;

Shell material: carbon steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel: SUS304、SUS304L、SUS316、SUS316L、 Lining, etc;

Valve disc and seat materials: aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc;

Sealing material: nitrile rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc;

Flange standard: HG20592-97 PN1.0, or GB, SH, HGJ, JB, ANSI, JIS, etc;

Manufacturing and testing standards: Manufacturing and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with standards such as SY7511-96 for oil tank breathing valves, GB5908-86 for fire resistance performance and test methods for oil tank flame arresters, or customer specified standards.

Performance and features:

The valve body of the breathing valve can withstand a water pressure of 0.2Mpa without any leakage or deformation;

The low-temperature resistance performance of the breathing valve is that when the relative humidity of the air is greater than 70% and the minimum temperature is -30 ℃, after 24 hours of freezing, the opening pressure of the valve disc meets the working pressure requirements (allowing a pressure difference of plus or minus 20pa);

The valve disc component of the breathing valve has high sensitivity when it operates, and after the operation is completed, it ensures sealing;

There is sufficient space inside the breathing valve to ensure the ventilation of the storage tank;

Before the breathing valve reaches its working pressure: nominal diameter ≤ 150mm, leakage rate ≤ 0.04m3/h;

The nominal diameter is ≥ 220mm, and the leakage rate is ≤ 0.4m3/h;

When the breathing valve reaches the working pressure, the valve disc immediately opens to ensure the normal ventilation requirements of the storage tank;

Maintenance and upkeep:

Respiratory valve series products should not be inverted during transportation or inventory, and should be stored in a warehouse with rain and dust protection measures;

The operator should inspect the breathing valve product once a month, checking whether there is dust or dirt on the valve disc, valve seat, valve stem, valve sleeve and other components. If there is any, it should be cleaned thoroughly, and lubricating oil should be wiped on the valve seat and valve stem every six months;

Breathing valve products should have their inner and outer surfaces repainted annually;

The maintenance and upkeep of the insulation (flame retardant) breathing valve should be done once a month, and twice a month in winter. Method: First, gently open the valve cover, remove the vacuum valve disc and pressure valve disc, check for oil stains and dirt at the sealing points between the valve disc and the valve disc, as well as between the valve disc guide rod and the guide rod sleeve. If oil stains and dirt are found, they should be cleaned thoroughly, and then installed back in place. Pull up and down a few times to check if the opening is flexible and reliable. Clean the steam wall with clean water and let it cool dry. If everything is normal, tighten the valve cover and connect the steam pipe;

In maintenance and upkeep, if any abnormal phenomena such as scratches, wear, or steam leakage are found on the valve disc, it should be replaced immediately or our company should be contacted.
