2、 Process principle:

Configuration: PP cotton+granular activated carbon+folding filter element+anti scaling filter element
PP melt blown filter cartridge: can effectively remove particulate impurities larger than 5 microns in water, such as suspended solids, sediment, red worms, rust, colloids, and other large volume substances, reducing water turbidity;

2. Activated carbon filter: toxic and harmful substances such as macromolecular organic compounds, residual chlorine, heterochromatic odors, heavy metals, etc., and can improve the taste of water;

3. Precision folding filter element: removes suspended solids, colloids, large organic molecules, and some bacteria larger than 0.45 microns in raw water, reducing the turbidity of raw water;

4. Scale inhibition filter: By reacting with calcium and magnesium ions in water, it prevents the formation and aggregation of calcium carbonate crystals, and disperses the already formed calcium carbonate grains, thereby achieving scale inhibition; In addition, a protective film can be formed on the inner surface of the pipeline to prevent corrosive ions such as dissolved oxygen and chloride ions from corroding the metal surface in water, thus achieving anti-corrosion effect.
