⚫ The main structure of the machine includes the base, workpiece spindle seat, tailstock, and grinding wheel spindle seat, all of which have been analyzed by numerical simulation (CFD) and lattice Boltzmann numerical calculation method (LBM) to optimize the mechanical structure. Optimize the dynamic structure of the entire machine and significantly reduce the probability of stress deformation.
⚫ The contact surfaces such as guide rails, grinding wheel spindle seats, workpiece spindle seats, tailstock, and ball screw bearing seats are all precision machined to provide maximum assembly accuracy and load distribution.
⚫ The Z-axis track adopts a V-flat design to ensure stability during grinding. The optimal track span design provides excellent workbench support and ensures the positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy of the workbench.
⚫ X The axis feed rail adopts a double V design, presenting the best balance support and stable horizontal movement accuracy. When grinding and processing, the feed accuracy can reach the level of μ m.
⚫ The coordinates of the grinding wheel head are matched with a hydrostatic spindle, which has excellent characteristics such as high precision, high rigidity, high seismic resistance, high bearing capacity, and high service life. The spindle rotation accuracy can easily reach within 0.5 μ m, and the efficiency of heavy cutting>0.3mm and the machining performance of mirror level.
⚫ The tailstock design has high rigidity characteristics, and the tailstock sleeve adopts a Morse No. 4 taper top pin that can slide inside the frame. The pre tightening force of the sliding cylinder can be easily adjusted through the rear knob.
