RB-200 typeNational Standard LawThe COD digester follows the basic principles of international standards (ISO) and standards (GB), ensuring a digestion operation with reflux heating and micro boiling for 2 hours. The preparation and addition of reagent solutions are consistent with the GB method, ensuring reliable and accurate analysis results.

The digestion device adopts microcomputer technology for timed control of the heating electric furnace, which can simultaneously heat 8 and 12 cylindrical bottle reflux devices with 24 standard grinding ports. To achieve the goals of energy conservation, reducing power load, and improving efficiency.

RB-200National Standard LawCOD digesterThe use of glass burr reflux pipes instead of spherical reflux pipes, and the use of air cooling technology instead of tap water cooling, can not only save water and standardize the instrument, but also improve the safety of instrument use.

The chemical solution preparation, operation, and COD calculation of the instrument follow GB11914-89. For COD water samples below 50mg/L, the accuracy can be improved by diluting titrants and oxidants. For COD water samples above 700mg/L, the determination can be completed by diluting the water sample proportionally.

2、 Technical features:

1. Far infrared ceramic embedded heating, with higher thermal energy utilization efficiency.

2. The segmented heating method enables the entire digestion process to save energy by more than 50%.

3. Heating is more uniform, and the boiling state of the digested sample is more ideal.

4. The digestion time can be set, and after digestion is complete, the instrument automatically stops heating and can be left unattended.

After the sample digestion is completed, the instrument fan continues to work to assist in cooling the sample.

6. Replacing water cooling with air cooling saves electricity and water, improves efficiency, and enhances the safety of instruments.
