1. Uniform heating: The heating element is made of high-temperature resistant graphite with excellent thermal conductivity, and an advanced integrated surrounding heating method is used to prevent heat loss to the greatest extent, accelerate digestion speed, and save electricity. The overall heating temperature is uniform, and the temperature difference between samples is less than± 2.0 ℃. When multiple samples are digested simultaneously, the same reaction temperature and conditions can be ensured for each sample, and batch processing can be carried out, overcoming various defects of traditional flat electric heating plates.
2. Corrosion resistance: The heating body of the digester is coated with multiple layers of Teflon, which is corrosion-resistant and pollution-free. Adopting the spraying process of *, the coating is uniform, firm, and will not peel off even after long-term use. The heating element and tabletop of the digestion device are made of graphite with excellent thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, which can be used with confidence in corrosive environments such as strong acids and alkalis.
3. Accurate temperature control:PIDThe temperature control system is easy to operate, has excellent performance, and is durable. High temperature control accuracy, up to± 1.0 ℃, adjustable heating rate, achieving programmed heating and controlling heating holding time, stable heating rate, high and low temperature alarm, automatic heating stop.
4. Efficient: Up to 54 samples can be processed simultaneously, improving work efficiency. The size of the digestion hole can be customized according to customer needs.
