1purpose
RCB insulation pump is suitable for conveying media with a temperature of 350 ℃, viscosity not exceeding 40mm2/s, and free of solid particles such as asphalt and paraffin, which have solidification properties at room temperature and require insulation during outdoor installation and process in high-altitude areas. Thermal oil, hot water, steam, etc. can be introduced to heat and insulate the conveying medium.
IIWorking principle:
RCBInsulation pumpThe pump body is equipped with a pair of rotating gears, one active and one passive, which rely on the mutual meshing of the two gears to divide the entire working chamber inside the pump into two independent parts (Figure 1), A is the suction chamber and B is the discharge chamber. When the pump is running, the active gear drives the passive gear to rotate. When the gear disengages from meshing, a local vacuum is formed on the suction side (A). The liquid is sucked into the pump under atmospheric pressure, and the liquid sucked into the pump fills the various tooth valleys of the gear and is carried to the discharge side (B). When the gear enters meshing, the liquid is squeezed out, forming high-pressure liquid that is discharged from the pump through the discharge port. As the gears continue to rotate, both sides of A and B continuously absorb and drain oil.

1) RCBInsulation pumpThe main components include the pump body, insulation layer, gears, front and rear covers, and shaft end sealing device. The components such as the pump body and insulation layer that come into contact with high-temperature media are made of Class II materials, which are cast carbon structures. Gears, bearing sleeves, active and passive shafts, etc. are all made of high-quality carbon structural steel and have high strength and wear resistance after heat treatment.
2)RCBInsulation pumpThe shaft end seal adopts a multi-stage reflux high-temperature resistant packing seal, with reliable sealing performance.
3) RCBInsulation pumpThe inlet and outlet of the heating pipe and the inlet and outlet of the heating pipe are both connected by standard flanges (GB/T9116-2000)
3) The heating tube adopts standard flange connection, with convenient sealing surface connection and reliable sealing.
4)RCBInsulation pumpThe high-temperature medium overcurrent parts of the pump are made of Q235 cast carbon structural steel and have undergone pressure testing. Therefore, the pump has good thermal adaptability and operates safely and reliably.

2)RCBInsulation pumpIf there is a leakage in the seal, please evenly and slightly tighten the bolts or nuts on the sealing cover, but be sure not to adjust them too tightly to avoid severe heating and reduce the use of the pump shaft and sealing ring.
3)RCBInsulation pumpWhen the viscosity of the conveying medium is too high, vibration, noise, and intermittent sound will occur. The medium should be heated in a timely manner to reduce viscosity, otherwise it will cause damage to the pump bearings.
6、 Malfunctions and troubleshooting:
No oil discharge or low oil discharge volume | 1. Incorrect rotation direction 2. The valve on the inlet and outlet pipes is not open 3. Air leakage at each connection surface of the oil suction pipeline 4. The suction pipe is not immersed in the oil 5. Inhalation height exceeds the specified value 6. Solidification of internal media such as pump inlet and outlet pipelines, filters, and valves. 7. The low temperature of the liquid increases the viscosity of the medium |
1. Correct direction 2. Open the valve 3. Check all joint surfaces and reconnect them 4. Check the oil suction pipe and immerse it into the oil surface 5. Increase the height of the oil suction surface 6. After stopping the pump, turn on the heating device.
