This machine integrates flushing, filling, and capping, with a scientifically reasonable design and simple operation, making it an ideal production equipment for hot filled beverages.
The three in one juice hot filling machine adopts a card bottle suspension process design, and uses a filling valve lifting to meet the requirements of hot filling technology below 95 degrees. The filling process is smooth, fast, precise, reliable in sealing, and has low material loss, effectively avoiding secondary contamination of the bottle mouth. Simply replace the same amount of components to achieve conversion between different bottles. The three in one juice hot filling machine adopts advanced technologies such as human-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer control, and frequency converter control, with a high degree of automation. The main electrical components of the whole machine are made of internationally renowned manufacturers' products.

1. The bottle is fed with an air delivery device and a hanging card bottleneck method, which allows for fast bottle loading without causing deformation of the bottle;
2. The small-scale juice beverage production line uses advanced bottleneck technology to wash bottle mouths, avoiding contact with threaded mouths and ensuring hygiene. All bottle transportation uses bottleneck technology, and changing bottle shapes does not require adjusting the height, only changing the diameter of the bottle body related protective plate;
3. The filling adopts valve lifting technology, and the filling valve adopts a new micro pressure filling principle for accurate quantification;
4. The screw cap adopts the instant catch and turn screw cap technology introduced from France, and the lid sorting device is installed at a low position and horizontally fed;
