RCZ-6C3 drug dissolution testerIt is an upgraded product of our company's RCZ-6C2 model. It is a new generation drug detection instrument designed according to the standards of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China 2015 edition. The instrument can simulate the human body to determine the dissolution of drugs such as tablets, granules, and capsules. It can also be applied in the food and cosmetics industry for necessary dissolution testing.

Can install 6 basket rods or paddle rods.

Can install 6 high-precision 185mm dissolution cups and 5 replenishment cups.

Adopting a Chinese LCD screen with a user-friendly interface, the operation is simple and convenient.

The working parameters of the host can be pre-set and automatically stored, so there is no need to set them again the next time it is turned on.

The speed control adopts a segmented power supply to drive the stepper motor, which has accurate speed, smooth operation, and low energy consumption.

The constant temperature water bath adopts a built-in PT1000 sensor, and the software uses PID mode, which heats up quickly and has high accuracy, making it easy to calibrate deviations with software.

The timing function displays the current sampling point time, cumulative total time, and number of sampling points.

It has self checking function and automatic protection function, and provides multiple fault signals.

• It has printing and USB storage functions to retain experimental data for easy viewing.

Optional small cup method accessories (used for the third method of dissolution determination).
