RESOLUTION fully automatic laser ablation sampling systemThe laser ablation sample pool has the same excellent functionality as the early M50A sample pool, while also having more than six times the accessible area. The S155 sample pool comes with three sample supports. These three supports can be selected as needed from universal supports, full thin film supports, full circular sample target supports, and combination supports for thin and circular sample targets. The device supports manual selection of test points and can achieve unmanned and fully automatic operation of thousands of sample points. The software with image import function helps identify complex structures in the sample, such as inclusions and proliferative areas, achieving perfect signal smoothness at low repetition rates without excessively prolonging flushing time or causing memory effects. This device is easy to operate, has short user training time, is convenient to use, and is economical and practical.
Equipment advantages:
1. Reliable gas treatment and excellent laser ablation performance;
2. Combination scaffolds that can simultaneously load thin films and circular sample targets are also available for selection;
3. Has the same excellent functionality as the early M50A sample pool;
4. The universal bracket is a flexible bracket that can accommodate sample targets of any size;
5. Rotating rectangular slit for dynamic high-resolution tracking of strip samples;
6. Software with offline analysis point selection function to improve instrument efficiency;
7. Easy to master, short user training time, and convenient to use.
RESOLUTION fully automatic laser ablation sampling systemThe RESOchron, which integrates a 193nm excimer laser ablation sampling system, a vacuum (UHV) sample cell, and a 3He/4He mass spectrometer (as shown in the figure on the right), coupled with ICP-MS, enables researchers to quickly determine (U-Th)/Pb and (U-Th Sm)/He ages on a single mineral for batch analysis, sensitivity, and analysis of fine surface and thin film samples. It uses exhaust valves to guide unnecessary ablative materials to reduce ICP maintenance, such as a smaller amount of cone cleaning, providing users with high standard analytical capabilities. GeoStar is designed to achieve fully automated work, but also provides manual point by point ablation function.
