brief introduction
The ANKOMRFS gas generation measuring instrument provides an easy-to-use module to monitor and display the natural fermentation of microorganisms that produce gas.

The ANKOM RFS system includes a patented sample incubation bottle, RFS pressure sensor module, computer connected receiver, and an operating software based on Microsoft Windows XPTM or VistaTM that can be used on multiple computers. The operation process is easy, precise, efficient, and data-driven. You only need to place the sample and microbial inoculum in a bottle, connect the ANKOM RFS pressure sensing module to the incubation bottle, and place it in a constant temperature water bath (not included in the factory standard configuration). At all specified intervals, the pressure of each bottle can be clearly measured by the computer, and the system also allows users to program pressure release points for each bottle. The pressure measurement is recorded in a standard Excel TM report, and the gas generation curve can be defined by the user.
