The RHD series steel strip precision reduction furnace is mainly used for the calcination and precision reduction of metal powders such as iron powder, copper powder, cobalt powder, molybdenum powder, tungsten powder, as well as metal salts such as cobalt oxalate and APT in the powder metallurgy industry
Performance characteristics:
-This device has a large output, simple structure, and is convenient for process adjustment and quality control It is an upgraded product widely used abroad to replace double tube, four tube, and multi tube reduction furnaces The entire equipment consists of a loading section, a reduction section, a slow cooling section, a cooling section, and a discharge section
-The loading section includes material transfer and inlet muffle The material transfer platform is equipped with a fabric dispenser that can move left and right with the steel strip, ensuring that the materials are evenly distributed on the steel strip
-The restored section of the muffle is made of heat-resistant steel plate, and the muffle shell is made into a broken pattern to increase the strength of the muffle. It is placed flat on the SIC board and can slide on the SIC board after thermal expansion
Roller sealing and gas curtain+fiber curtain sealing are used at the inlet and outlet, with good sealing performance and low gas consumption
-The material conveying system consists of a transmission steel strip, a transmission device, and a multi-stage tensioning device. The operating speed of the steel strip is regulated by a five level frequency converter
-The temperature control system consists of thermocouples, digital intelligent PID regulators, and thyristors, forming a closed-loop control system that can achieve automatic and precise temperature control
-The flow rate for protecting the atmosphere is displayed by a gas flow meter The flow rate of various atmospheres can be adjusted according to the process requirements
-The cooling water temperature is automatically controlled by the opening and closing of the temperature control solenoid valve
