Based on the transmission time of ultrasonic sound signals, RM.YOUNG 81000RE can measure three-dimensional wind speed and acoustic temperature.
Using RS-232 and RS-485, measurement data can be output serially. Users can set multiple output formats. The four voltage output channels represent sound temperature and wind speed.
Parameters can be edited using regular serial communication programs such as HyperTerm.
Using UV stable thermoplastic materials, stainless steel, and anodized components, RM.YOUNG 81000RE is very suitable for outdoor use.
