This series of fan impellers and motors are divided into 8 specifications according to impeller diameter: 300, 425, 500, 575, 675, 750, 900, and 1000. The air volume ranges from 1275m3/h to 55215m3/h, and the maximum static pressure reaches 650Pa.
The fan is composed of impeller, motor, casing, hood, collector, fixed bracket, transmission device, air valve and other components.
Product Features:
1. Fan impeller: High and low-pressure aluminum alloy impellers with advanced technology and optimized design. The front plate, rear plate, and blades of the impeller are processed through multiple processes such as stamping and molding, resulting in a compact structure with high air volume, low noise, and high efficiency.
2. Fan supporting motor: Use a protection level IP54 and insulation level F motor. If equipped with insulation level H, the product can operate continuously in a high temperature environment of 300 ℃/45 minutes; Explosion proof motors, dual speed motors, and variable frequency motors can also be equipped.
3. Shell: The overall structural strength of this fan is designed for extreme outdoor wind speeds of 50m/s. The fan is made of aluminum alloy material and processed by stretching, curling, etc., which improves the appearance of the fan while ensuring sufficient strength, reduces the weight of the fan, lowers the strength requirements for the roof foundation, and has good wind resistance.
4. Hood: Made of aluminum alloy, fully stretched and processed with rolled edges. Patented technology, lightweight, high strength, and low wind resistance.
5. Collector: Made of high-quality aluminum alloy, with a one-time forming process, the impeller guide port and air inlet are fully matched, effectively controlling the airflow organization. The hyperbolic air inlet conforms to fluid mechanics, greatly reducing inlet noise and improving fan efficiency.
6. Fixed bracket: CNC cutting and forming, multi station CNC punching machine processing fixed holes, easy to install.
7. Transmission device: This series of fans adopts two forms of belt transmission and direct connection.
8. Wind valve: adopts gravity automatic closing or electric driven opening and closing. The frame material of the gravity automatic closing air valve is hot-dip galvanized sheet, and the louver material is aluminum alloy; The electrically driven opening and closing damper blades are made of aluminum alloy insulated louvers, which prevent condensation and airflow backflow, especially suitable for use in cold northern regions. Dual use for smoke exhaust and ventilation, optional smoke exhaust fire damper. The fan and smoke exhaust fire damper have passed the national fire protection product type test.
9. Installation and maintenance: The motor protective cover adopts a buckle fixed structure, which is easy to operate and saves time and effort.
10. Smooth operation: This fan has a small moment of inertia, excellent balance quality, and a balance quality level of G2.5 according to ISO1940 standard. The overall performance has undergone mechanical operation tests, vibration tests, and aerodynamic performance tests to ensure smooth and reliable operation, effectively extending the service life of the fan, reducing noise, and minimizing vibration.
