3Installation and use
3.1 Installation precautions and methods
3.1.1 The electric energy meter can be installed and used after passing the inspection and being sealed with a lead seal before leaving the factory. Electric energy meters without lead seals or stored for too long should be re inspected by relevant departments before installation and use.
3.1.2 When taking out the electric energy meter from the original packaging box, if damage is found to the inner packaging or outer shell, do not install or power on the meter. Please contact our technical service department
3.1.3 Experienced electricians or professionals are required to install an energy meter and ensure that they have read this manual thoroughly.
3.1.4 The electric energy meter should be installed in a ventilated and dry indoor area, using35mmDINStandard rail installation, the base plate for installing the electric energy meter should be fixed on a sturdy, fire-resistant, and vibration resistant wall.
3.1.5 In places with pollution and potential damage to the structure, the energy meter should be installed in a protective cabinet.
3.1.6 When installing wiring, follow the wiring diagram on the terminal cover of the electric energy meter or the corresponding wiring diagram in this manual. It is best to adapt to the introduction of multiple copper wires to avoid abnormal operation or burning of the electric energy meter due to poor contact.
3.2 instructions
3.2.1 When using an electric energy meter in areas with frequent lightning strikes, lightning protection measures should be taken to avoid damaging the meter due to lightning strikes.

5Measurement method

6、Transportation and storage
6.1 The transportation and unpacking of electric energy meters should not be subjected to severe impacts, and should be carried out according toZBY002-81According to the Basic Environmental Conditions and Test Methods for Transportation and Storage of Instruments and Meters, transportation and storage are regulated.
6.2 The electric energy meter should be stored in its original packaging box at an ambient temperature of-30~+65℃, relative humidity not exceeding95%And there should be no gas in the air that can cause corrosion, and the ambient temperature should not change dramatically.
6.3 The electric energy meter should be placed on the rack in its original packaging condition, with a stacking height of no more than five boxes. After unpacking, the stacking height of a single packaged electric energy meter should not exceed five. The electric energy meter after unpacking the inner packaging (plastic bag) should not be stored.
7、Guarantee period
This electric energy meter is from the date of manufacture12Within one month, if the user discovers that the electric energy meter does not meet the technical requirements of the above characteristics and product standards, and the remanufacturing inspection lead seal is still intact (or certified by the relevant power measurement department) and fully complies with the transportation, storage, installation, and use rules specified in this manual, and quality problems occur, the manufacturer will provide free repair or replacement.
